Holiday Club returns to London Road

Bookings are now open for this summer's Holiday Club at London Road, running Monday 10 to Friday 14 August, 9.30 am to 12.30 pm each day.

This year's theme is Deep Sea Divers, a week of crafts, games, songs and stories for children aged 5 to 11, diving into tales of storms, boats and one very big fish. The craft tables are already groaning under the weight of paint, pastels and an heroic quantity of glitter, and the team have been practising the theme song all month, to the delight of everyone living near the church hall.

The week is free to attend, though places are limited and go quickly. To book a place, or to volunteer as a helper (DBS checks arranged), contact Georgina Proudfoot via the circuit office. Squash and biscuits provided; wellies optional but encouraged.
