My full name is Philip Athanasius Simpson, but I don't use the Athanasius very much.
I grew-up in London and, following school, studied economics at the LSE. From there I went to Cambridge to do theology and train for the ministry. My particular theological interest is the Book of Psalms and, for my doctorate, I looked at the relationship between psalmody and ancient hebrew diets. I've been in Crenton for the last two years and one of my circuit responsibilities is making the Plan.
I share the manse with my pet cat, Amos.
